Eligibility for Exchange

  • Only clothing items purchased within 14 days of receipt are eligible for exchange under the AMIRÁ Exchange Policy.
  • The original invoice slip must be provided at the time of the exchange.
  • Exchanges must be of equal or higher value than the original product price.

For Damaged or Incorrect Items Delivered

  2. Images of the delivered item, highlighting the visible issue

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled or edited after they have been processed or dispatched.
  • Customers may cancel orders at any time before they are processed.
  • AMIRÁ reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
    • Items being out of stock
    • Pricing errors
    • Payment decline by the issuing financial institution

Refusal of Orders

  • If an order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery, AMIRÁ will not be liable to refund or compensate the order amount.
